The company Walter Fensterbau manufactures products made of wood, wood-aluminium and plastic in the field of windows, doors, sliding elements and front doors. Products such as sun protection, insect protection, window sills and fall protection are also sold. 100 employees are currently working under the management of Markus Walter, who is the 11th generation to run the company. The traditional company was founded in Augsburg in 1694 by Caspar Walter and has now been in existence for 327 years. Walter Fensterbau mainly works in the property sector with long-standing customers in the Bavarian Swabia region. Sales via regional trading partners in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg are currently being expanded.

Why I support cycling:
After Marco Brenner presented his project to me, I was very enthusiastic, because I am a big fan of cycling and for me cycling is an important part of my life as a balance to my stressful everyday work. I was also impressed that young Bavarian drivers are specifically promoted here.

This fits in perfectly with the corporate philosophy of our company, since the regional idea is very important to us. This starts with the selection of the suppliers and continues throughout the company up to the delivery, mainly to regional customers.
